Everything listed here has a last date inside the next seven days. In government recruitment a missed deadline is usually not recoverable — the next cycle is typically a year away, and by then an age limit may have moved against you. This is the one page on the site worth opening daily.
Apply early in the window, not on the last day
Official portals routinely struggle in the final 24 hours of a large recruitment. Pages time out, uploads fail and payment gateways drop transactions at exactly the moment several lakh candidates are trying to submit. Boards do sometimes extend a deadline after a technical failure, but you cannot plan on it, and an incomplete submission is not an application.
Two deadlines, not one
Check whether the notification sets separate dates for form submission and fee payment, and whether the offline challan route closes earlier than the online one. A form submitted without a completed payment is not registered. Where a notification separates these dates, we list each of them.
Before you submit
- Confirm your name, date of birth and category exactly match your certificates, since these are the fields that get applications rejected at verification
- Check your photograph and signature meet the stated dimensions and file size
- Save the payment reference and download the final acknowledgement or confirmation page
- Note your registration number somewhere you will still find it in six months — you will need it for the admit card and the result
