Job Profile

• Perform hands-on solution design, solution architectures and architecture roadmaps.
• Ensure the solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements.
• Conduct Solution Architecture reviews with project teams before design and development activities begin.
• Guide the technical team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution.
• Act as a liaison between the technical team, functional team, business functions and system integrators.

The word “hands-on” in the first bullet is the important one. This is not a purely advisory role where you review documents and sign off. You are expected to design and to sit in reviews with delivery teams.

Tenure and Remuneration

The contract runs for 06 months from the date of appointment or commencement, or until completion of the project, whichever is earlier. C-DAC CINE can terminate the contract at any time with one month’s notice, and any further extension is entirely at the centre’s discretion.

On pay, the notification states that the monthly remuneration shall be fixed appropriately as per industry standard, based on experience and performance in the interview. No band is published. Method of Payment

• Attendance is recorded monthly, and there is a proportionate deduction in remuneration against attendance for that month.

• The selected candidate is eligible for eight days of leave during a tenure of one year, calculated on a pro rata basis.

Read the leave clause carefully.
