Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (HARTRON) has invited online applications to update its panel of Junior Programmers, engaged on a job work basis across all 23 districts of Haryana, as per the State Reservation Policy. A combined total of 530 positions are shown in the district-wise roster.

Important Note on This Recruitment
This is a panel empanelment process, not a regular permanent recruitment. Candidates who clear the test are placed on a district-wise panel and are recommended for deployment only when a confirmed manpower requirement is received from an indenting government organisation. Clearing the test does not guarantee placement. One candidate is allowed to apply in only one district.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet one of the following, all requiring a minimum of 55% marks:
- Graduate with PGDCA / PDCA / PGDIT / APGDCA, OR
- BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science/IT) / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science/IT) / B.Tech / M.Tech (in any stream), OR
- Three-year Diploma in Computer Application/IT from SBTE/a university, or an ‘A’/’B’/’C’ level course from DOE/NIELIT
Candidates holding an MCA or M.Tech through Distance Education or on a part-time basis must ensure the degree/course is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Selection Process
- Domain Knowledge Test: A computer-based MCQ test covering general computer topics and questions specific to the domain applied for. If cleared, this result is valid for 1 year from the date of the advertisement.
- Mandatory Training: Candidates who clear the first test and pass document scrutiny must undergo 1 month of training for the respective job role at IDDC Ambala or HMSDC Gurugram, after paying a refundable security deposit of ₹1,500.
- Practical Test: Conducted on successful completion of training, with a maximum of 2 attempts allowed. The security deposit is refunded on attending at least 75% of training and clearing the practical test.
- Result: The panel is finalised based on requirement, merit and the reservation roster.
