Selection Process
There is no written test. Candidates are shortlisted from the declarations made in the online form, then assessed purely on interview performance alongside organisational requirement and the vacancies actually being operated.
Be careful with what you declare. If a false declaration surfaces during document or experience verification at the interview, you will not be permitted to sit the interview and no travel allowance will be paid. NALCO also reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility bar above the advertised standard to cut down the shortlist — meeting the stated criteria does not guarantee a call.
Candidates called for interview in E02 and E03 grades are reimbursed second-class AC sleeper rail or bus fare both ways from their communication address by the shortest route, against tickets. The address cannot be changed later for reimbursement purposes.
